  If I could leave negative stars I would. I have called an complained about the condition of a property across from me for months now with no result. Now today-seeing the property was opened and possibly broken into last night I've called all day and the mailbox is full and no one answers. This group is irresponsible, impossible to deal with, and absent. They are worse than the residents who were in there before the foreclosure.

  I purchased property listed by Morris Real Estate last April. During my inspection, it was discovered that the sewage ejector pump in the home was not functioning, leaving the lower level uninhabitable. A contingency was put in place that, prior to closing, the pump in question would be replaced and functioning correctly. This repair was seemingly completed, and the contingency was removed and I closed on the property. Now, just over one year later, the pump that was installed has failed. I called in a professional plumber, who discovered that the pump that was installed was entirely the wrong pump for the job. The pump installed was a simple sump pump, used for evacuating small amounts of ground water, and not a sewage ejector pump, which is what was clearly required by the contingency and the replacement of the existing, malfunctioning pump. I paid my professional plumber for the correct part and installation, which totaled $1,153.90, and Morris Group claims zero responsibility for their incompetent work, and the morality associated with honoring their contingencies. Overall, find a real estate agent that will actually work for you, not cut corners and turn their backs when you need their help.
