  Dr. Lee is amazing, caring and informative. My daughter had an issue i was concerned with and after one phone call, we were in there office about 2 hours later, and they gave my older child a cleaning. This is our children's dentist now, excited to bring my 2 year old.

  What an ongoing nightmare of an experience every contact with this office has been. This unbelievably disorganized office incorrectly took down our medical but not our dental insurance for whatever reason (I mean, have they never done this before??). We moved soon after I had brought my then 2-year-old in for a quick checkup. Wait. Scratch that. Did I say quick? We had to wait over an hour for essentially a two-minute session of my daughter screaming and no teeth being looked at whatsoever. For that, we were charged $147 and months of issues followed. We moved to an apartment complex in Philadelphia that had recently been overhauled, even given a new address from 3900 to 3901 City Ave. When our medical insurance didn't go through, I received a barrage of phonecalls, which I at first ignored, thinking they were a reminder for a service I no longer needed. I finally listened to a very anxious, angry message and returned the call, providing them with our new address. Again, they screwed up. A prompt must have come up asking their system if it meant 3900, not 3901. This happened to me a lot when we were living there as the internet took a little while to catch on to the new designation, and I'd have to have fight GAP or whatever and insist that I meant 3901. Because of THEIR mistake, the mail was returned to them. We moved again to a house, and amidst all that-- two children in diapers and two moves-- I didn't notice that I never got the bill. Finally, someone emailed me without a salutation or language even pretending at professional courtesy, ending with a threat to send a collection agency after us. I immediately called and explained the issue, and said my husband would sort it out the second he returned home with our children, but I was again berated with rude, accusatory language and blamed for the error regarding the returned mail. I was also sent another rude email in response to the email I'd shot off before calling. I told my husband what was going on, when he returned, and instead of trying to give them our dental insurance, he felt this office was so predatory and rude that they weren't worth our continued time and effort and ended up paying the $147 out of pocket, even though we were covered by insurance. Thank God we had the money or these extortionists might have tried to put a lean on our house. Unbelievably, even after paying, I received yet another shockingly rude, unprofessional email from the office, saying, in effect, they were sorry I was so sensitive but that again the errors were all ours. I had to literally call the office and explain to them that they must never, ever contact me again or it would amount to stalking. I hope sharing our awful experience with this unprofessional, poorly organized, insanely rude office at least helps others. Avoid this office at all costs!
